What attracted me to Digital Hearts was the work environment. It's very cosmopolitan and allows me to work two jobs—I'm able to balance my work as a photographer while also being employed at Digital Hearts.

I also get to utilize the translation skills that I studied in university. Though I started out specializing in translating novels, I was drawn to this job because it allows me to share different cultures and perspectives across language barriers. I now spend a good part of a month working as part of the LQA team while enjoying the rest of the month as a fashion photographer.

I originally joined the company as a game tester. Now I get to use my English skills in ways I never imagined!

The things I try to bear in mind while working include using mistakes as learning opportunities, not hesitating to ask for help, and doing the best I can. Outside of work, there are also events like game tournaments held in the office, so this is definitely a workplace where you can make friends with fellow game lovers!

At Digital Hearts, it's possible to start as a part-time employee and work your way toward becoming a contract employee, then full-time. So, I'm always happy to see other people passionate about their career.

I started as a member of the LQA team and now I handle management tasks as a PM. What I enjoy most about this job is that I can fully immerse myself in the world of games. I also find Japanese to be an interesting language as it's so different from other languages. For example, the fact that ideas can be communicated without including a subject in the sentence.

Our workplace has a good atmosphere, and my colleagues always provide me with generous support, which is very reassuring.

I've been in Japan for six months now. My spoken Japanese used to be quite broken, but through interactions with clients, I'm now able to use Japanese more freely. My work-life balance is great, and I'm thriving outside of work as well. I enjoy working with my colleagues, and I find providing user support a rewarding job, so there's never a dull day at work.

I never thought I'd be able to work with my passion, games. I decided to join Digital Hearts because I felt like this is where I'd be able to make my dream come true.

I used to work as a technical translator and interpreter. Since joining Digital Hearts, I've come to realize both how fun and challenging it is to move readers' emotions through translation. So I'd like to tell translators that it's important to know about your own country and maintain an interest in it!
